Experience and skills required for the job

•	Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•	Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development.
•	Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•	Basic understanding of market research and sales principles (preferred).
•	Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•	Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
•	Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
•	Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job duties

•	Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
•	Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
•	Conduct basic market research to analyze industry trends and customer needs.
•	Help manage and update the customer database and sales pipeline.
•	Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams.
•	Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
•	Assist in developing strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
•	Provide administrative support to the business development department.
•	Maintain accurate records of communications and activities.
